Buddha statue unveiling ceremony 2026  

With the compassionate aspiration that all beings wandering in the desert of saṃsāra may find peace at the feet of the Buddha—just as seekers once did in ancient times—a sacred Buddha statue unveiling ceremony was held on 28 February 2025 at the Anagārika Monastery attached to Jetavanarama Buddhist Monastery.

Surrounded by blessings, loving-kindness, and reflections on the Buddha’s boundless virtues, the ceremony invoked the light of wisdom to dispel ignorance and inspire countless beings to realize the path to liberation and accumulate immeasurable merits.
